New UVZ assembly line video footage showcasing new T-72B3M and T-90M changes

More video footage has been released showing more defined assembly features of T-72B3M and T-90M tanks produced by UVZ.

This post expands on the previously created analysis, which can be read here.

Previously identified features present on the T-72B3M, seem to have been fully integrated into further batches of this vehicle.

New T-90M style mudguards, 2x2 ERA slab mount covering the smoke launcher array, additional ERA protection around the gun mantlet, more ERA tiles in front of the commander's cupola and unidentified electronics in the front of the turret.

Along with the already-known features, 2 new interesting details seem to have appeared in this batch.
The gunner's auxiliary sight does not match any of the standard sights used on T-72B (1K13-49) or T-72B1 (TPN-3) tanks. The new housing seems to have additional mechanical parts installed on top. It is worth theorizing that this certain vehicle could have received a one-off sight housing. In another case, this new housing is made for a new sight possibly 1PN-96MT-02, which wouldn't require a larger sight housing such as Sosna-U.

Additionally, a very interesting new integration has appeared on the same vehicle. Some sort of module resembling a bow-mounted machine gun or grenade launcher. As of the release of this article, it is unknown what type of weapon it is or if a weapon system at all, but the outer-protective housing seems to fit the design aspects of early T-54s with a bow-mounted MG.

Lastly, additional T-90M footage was released, showing no major changes other than additional    Kontakt-1 style ERA containers mounted on the LFP of the tank.

A lot of the changes made towards the vehicles are directly based on the experience gained from the current Ukraine conflict, it's possible that as time goes on, more adequate changes will be applied.

If more information regarded the bow-mounted weapon system comes to light, I will report on it.
