The presence of a thermal imaging channel ensures the use of the combat module at any time of the day without significant restrictions on weather conditions.

Having a sufficiently powerful armament, the ADUNOK-BM-30 combat module has insignificant weight and size characteristics. The total weight of the combat module with weapons does not exceed 1300 kg.

The VOLAT V-2 armoured personnel carrier, which has a 550-horsepower engine, high-speed characteristics, effective means of controlling and protecting personnel, developed ergonomics in combination with the firepower of the weapons of the new combat module, allows it to successfully perform the functions of transporting personnel to the place of performing a combat mission, fire support in combat, and is protected from destruction by small arms and explosive devices.

For the first time, the VOLAT V-2 armoured personnel carrier was presented by JSC Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant at the 10th International Exhibition MILEX-2021 in Minsk. However, the visitors of the Minsk weapons forum remembered the new product in the guise of a standard Soviet-style BMP-2 armament with a Belarusian-made sighting system.
